On pourrait organiser une rencontre conviviale avec toutes les parties prenantes. Y compris les Etats. Où nous nous retrouvons au chapitre gouvernance, mondialisation, gouvernance de l'Internet avec les Nations-Unies. La Justice internationale pas trop loin non plus. L'Histoire pourrait donner son avis aussi. Et on s'intéresserait auX Conférences. Que pensez-vous d'une Conférence sur le numérique à La Haye en invitant TOUTES les parties prenantes et les Etats intéressés par ce genre de questions?
Qui est responsable des questions liées au numérique à l'échelle européenne et mondiale?
