P.s: A noter qu'une plainte a été déposée et est arrivée sur le bureau d'un officier de Justice... à La Haye. Le dossier attend d'être repris un peu plus sérieusement. C'est sur la bonne gouvernance dans le commerce et dans l'enseignement... avec les familles au milieu. Ce genre d'affaires remonte à la fin des années 90 en tout cas. En tout cas à partir de 2005.

Comment les Américains et les Russes ont-ils légiféré sur les questions sensibles? Et en Afrique du Nord ou au Moyen-Orient? Et dans les pays scandinaves?
P.s: In the best interests of the child... les pères n'ont plus le droit de décider tous seuls. Car l'avis des autres membres de la famille est nécessaire. Cela vaut aussi pour le commerce... impliquant des mineurs. Même dans d'autres pays... dans la mondialisation.
