He identified next June’s EU elections as a possible turning point, particularly if the pro-European centrist parties were to be more pro-active in the face of the anti-European parties. P.s: Et est-ce qu'on demande un peu l'avis des citoyens européens? Est-ce qu'on les informe bien? Que fait la diplomatie à l'heure des nouvelles technologies et du tout numérique? Il faut aller plus vite et bien communiquer... Rencontrer, même dans les chancelleries. Et le droit de réserve, comme cet attaché à l'éducation m'a répondu hier, à l'Institut français d'Amsterdam, c'est faire de la diplomatie plan-plan.
