Petites réfleXions sur le danger de l'électronique pour les enfants et la jeunesse...

http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilburg_University:

One in five Flemish children have a secret e-mail account, while almost 6 in 10 have pretended to be someone else online. One in ten children going to primary school have dated someone they only know from online conversations. That's according to a poll that involved Flemish children between the age of 8 and 12.

"There is no problem as such if children do something secretly, but it does involve certain risks", claims Stefan Bogaerts, Forensic psychologist at Tilburg University. He discusses his findings at the International Cyber Security Strategy Congress (ICSS): Cyber Security and Forensics readiness on 4-5 February 2015 in Belgium, Leuven.

Listen also to an interview with Stefan, broadcasted by Radio 1 (in Dutch).

On peut recontacter Bert-Jaap Koops: Cybercrime, cyber terrorism and cyber warfare hard to distinguish. Bert-Jaap Koops a invité le blog de l'âne à contacter Simone van der Hof de l'Université de Leyde:

En effet, le lien est très intéressant. Qui fait quoi et qui est responsable de quoi? Les parents sont responsables mais encore...
