Comment arrive-t-on ici? Je viens d'avoir un avocat au téléphone, je ne le citerai pas;), fils de., la discussion fut difficile. Quand les mondes se rencontrent... Il n'a pas voulu me donner son avis sur la question de la régulation de la gameindustrie. L'avocat décide seul à qui il donnera son avis. La question était: Est-on dans la légalité, oui ou non? Là est la question, une question qui est à mettre en lien avec nos droits les plus fondamentaux (NL Grondwet: 10. Privacy 12. Huisrecht en jeugdbescherming, etc.). Voir les billets précédents.

Quelle législation pour la protection de nos droits les plus fondamentaux? Car c'est bien de l'Internet des personnes et de leurs droits dont il s'agit, et non pas d'un Internet de "choses". Contrairement à ce que pourraient peut-être penser des responsables. Référence est faite à un speech sur l'"Internet of Things"... Voir un des billets précédents.
