This brochure is issued by the Joint Managing Authority of the Joint Operational Programme "Black Sea Basin 2007-2013" on the occasion of the annual conference on the implementation of the programme. Il aims to briefly present the views of the participating countries on the added value of the Cross Border Cooperation Programme after two years of implementation, the most results of the selection process concluded for the first call for proposals and future opportunities that lie ahead for the potential beneficiaries.
