Le SAFER INTERNET est un programme qui a été financé par la Commission européenne, sa direction se trouve à LuXembourg, reliée à la DG-Connect de BruXelles. Tous sont cordialement invités à La Haye, au Palais de la PaiX, même dans la bibliothèque juridique, l'Académie de droit international pourrait inviter la Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme afin qu'elle puisse apporter sa vision, tout comme la Cour de Justice européenne également basée à LuXembourg. L'idée consisterait à réunir dans un lieu sûr et sécurisé, tous les juges et magistrats, officiers de justice, avocats, procureurs et eXperts, quelques consommateurs aussi afin de discuter des questions essentielles. Est-ce une répétition? L'UNESCO se connecterait, le sujet intéressant cette organisation internationale. Normal. A New York, le siège de l'ONU se connecterait aussi. Des photographes sont même allés y prendre des photos à l'époque. L'ONU se remet en question, les ordinateurs travaillent pour cette belle institution, même à La Haye, la ville des meilleurs possibles. Lisant cela, la Fondation Carnegie du Peace Palace demanderait auX managers les mieuX rétribués pour le dur labeur accompli, dans les plus grands conseils d'administration, avec les plus gros actionnaires, et quelques politiques, de se joindre auX apéritifs conviviauX du Palais de la PaiX; Heni de Castrie est pressenti pour organiser ces belles rencontres conviviales de La Haye. Normal? Normal. Pourquoi "normal"? Parce que le management, c'est sérieuX, même Ben Verwaaijen en parle encore après être passé chez Alcatel-Lucent. Pourquoi y revenir? Pourquoi revenir à la vie des entreprises et à leurs grands patrons? Où va l'argent? Les consommateurs et citoyens européens ont-ils le droit de s'y intéresser aussi? A-t-on le droit de s'intéresser au qui fait quoi dans la politique depuis des annnées? L'OTAN, sur une proposition de GOOGLE, réunirait tous les ministères intéressés et la Cour des comptes européenne au Palais de la PaiX de la Haye, ville de PaiX et de Justice internationale: comment réussir à bien/mieuX dépenser l'argent public au XXIème siècle? comment penser l'historiographie contemporaine... avec les hommes et femmes politiques depuis les années 90 en tout cas? comment bien penser la géopolitique tous ensemble avec une meilleure boussole? Où en sommes-nous avec tous ces politiques? Même les Européens se posent maintenant des questions. Des questions essentielles parfois.
