The man in the grey flannel, who I assume is the owner of the multi-rotor, seems to be the 'expert' and he's the one who should be flying. I'm unaware of the specifics of UAV use in Canada, but do the laws in Canada permit UAVs this size to be used for commercial purposes? With or without some kind of certificate?"
