Où en sommes-nous? Sur la transparence à l'heure du numérique en Europe avec des priorités prioritaires et des principes essentiels.


Que fait-on dans la ligne Hollande-Belgique-France sur les thèmes proposés concernant l'Internet, sa bonne gouvernance, les lois, les dérives sectaires, la protection des plus vulnérables face auX réseauX électroniques jusque dans les chambres des enfants et de la jeunesse? Les familles ayant été parfaitement connectés, un peu trop rapidement peut-être, sans trop de précaution. Le Commerce, l'enseignement et les responsables auX postes influents dans les secteurs clés porteraient des responsabilités. Et la Justice dans tout ça? Elle n'aurait pas trop envie d'enquêter comme les officiers de justice doivent le faire quand une plainte a été déposée concernant la diffusion de la violence, du discours de haine, de la pornographie à l'heure du thé dans les salons. Ici, on se voudrait libéral, un peu trop peut-être.
