About the Global Conference on Cyber Space
The past cyberspace conferences were organized in London (2011), Budapest (2012), Seoul (2013) and the Hague (2015). These cyberspace conferences are sometimes referred to as the "London Process" or since the conference in the Hague as the "Global Conference on Cyber Space". The GCCS will deliberate on issues related to promotion of cooperation in cyberspace, norms for responsible behaviours in cyberspace and to enhance cyber capacity building.
The conference in India will likely be held in the last quarter of 2017, but the government will decide on venue and dates for it shortly, an official said.
