Empowering Teachers, Parents, Youth and Children

Through research and partnerships, we have a clear insight into the specific online behaviors and issues that could put young users at risk. Having identified the issues, our strategy is to give parents and teachers the tools, resources and confidence that will enable them to take the right corrective actions to address serious risks such as cyber bullying or child grooming.

In Europe, Liberty Global and European Schoolnet work together to create educational tools to keep youth & children safe online, aimed at children, youth, parents and teachers. We are founders of the eSafety Label platform, a multi-stakeholder initiative with European Schoolnet, the European Education Ministries of Belgium-Flanders, Italy and Portugal, and industry peers Microsoft and Telefonica.
