Desired Certification(s) (if applicable): ASIS certification (or equivalent) and/or membership of a national security institute is desirable.

Skills and Abilities (key competencies): Extensive knowledge of all aspects of operational, protective, electronic and information security management in the private or public sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to draft, edit, and present documents and concepts in the English language. Good conceptualisation, managerial and negotiation skills, coupled with tact, diplomacy and good judgement when dealing with a diverse group of staff members in a sensitive working environment and international/diplomatic community are essential.
