P.s: Les BIG Ones qui polluent l'environnement peuvent-ils être responsables? Quelles responsabilités pour les pollueurs? La Justice internationale au droit évolutif, tout comme ses compétences toutes auss évolutives, à La Haye, une ville de PaiX et de Justice pour tous, luttant contre l'impunité dans certains milieuX, pourrait-elle émettre un jugement sur la façon dont les pollueurs se moquent parfois des citoyens qui vivent dans la pollution, et cela à l'échelle internationale? Comment diminuer l'émission de substances nocives dans l'atmosphère et les rivières? Même dans les canauX. Ou les marécages. Sans parler du milieu marin évidemment.
