International Commercial Arbitration

This course will eXamine, from both a theoretical and practical perspectives, the foundational characteristics and procedures of international commercial arbitration. The course will provide U.S. and comparatist perspectives and is designed both as an introduction to international arbitration for students and citizens with no prior background in the field, as well as a platform for deeper and comparist thought for students and citizens with background in the field.
