La matière est complexe, très intéressante aussi... Mais à l'heure de la "Democracy in the Digital Age - Challenges to Political Life in Cyberspace" by Anthony G. Wilhem (Routledge, 2000) , les écrivains du numérique sont inévitablement amené(e)s à aborder cette problématique du qui fait quoi sur le Net? Encore une fois, différents acteurs travaillent sur l'Internet, sans oublier les lecteurs, et il devient de plus en plus nécessaire de se poser les bonnes questions quant à nos droits les plus fondamentaux. The UN and Freedom of Expression and Information: Critical Perspectives

On Friday 23 April 2010 an expert conference took place in Amsterdam organised by the ACIL (Amsterdam Center for International Law) and the Institute for Information Law (IVIR), Faculty of Law, UvA, with the collaboration of Human Rights Centre, University of Essex. The expert conference and this webpage are part of the aforementioned partners' broader project, The United Nations and Freedom of Expression and Information: Critical Perspectives, which received the generous financial support of: the Sigrid Rausing Trust, the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (Constitutional and Legislative Affairs), the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts & Sciences (KNAW), the Faculty of Law, University of Amsterdam, and the University of Essex.
