On 4 June The Hague Institute will welcome former Dutch Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers for the second installment of Premier Perspectives, a unique edition of the Institute's Distinguished Speaker Series. Mr. Lubbers will discuss "Global Justice in 2015." He is eXpected to address the European Energy Charter in his talk.
